I worked on Ladurée's Japanese e-commerce site over a few years. The day-to-day was content management: adding, editing, and removing products. When the site needed new features or changes to existing ones, I'd rework Magento modules. That included integration work with delivery companies and payment systems. I also handled EC support, troubleshooting issues and answering questions when the client ran into problems.
