There were two types of work on this project. The first was a weekly newsletter, coded in table-based HTML with sliced images and tested across email clients using Litmus. Forget everything you know about semantic markup; email HTML in those days meant going back to the early 2000s. I eventually built a tool to generate most of the code automatically from the images, which cut the production time significantly.
The second part was content management on Salesforce Commerce Cloud: creating and updating landing pages, sometimes adapting them from the US version of the site, sometimes designing and building them from scratch for the Japanese market.
